What kind of overthinker are you?

"Stop overthinking" is terrible advice because it treats four very different mental habits as the same thing. They're not. The fix depends on which loop you're actually stuck in. This finds out.

Everyone does all four of these sometimes. The question isn't whether you overthink — it's which kind dominates when stress hits. That's the one worth working on.

And if three or four of your scores came back high: that usually isn't four separate problems. It's one thing — chronic anxiety, burnout, under-slept, or something medical — expressing itself as "thinking too much." That's a doctor conversation, not a mindset fix.
